PERSONAL MEANS PERSONAL
Your information.
Your permission.
This page explains the current platform’s account, storage, and sharing features.
Your account and sign-in
Google sign-in provides the basic identity information needed for your account, including your name, email address, and profile photo when available. Signing in does not give MyHealthAtlas access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or medical-provider portals.
What the app stores
The app stores the documents and notes you add, record details such as titles and dates, your health summary, structured medication and vaccination history from your saved sources, care team profiles and portraits, and the sharing permissions you create. Vercel hosts the app and private file storage; Neon provides the database. These service providers and authorized service operators may process information to operate and maintain the service.
Private files and access checks
Original files use private storage. Record and download requests require a signed-in account and an ownership or sharing permission check. A public website visitor cannot browse your atlas.
When you share
A sharing grant gives the specified Google account email viewing and download access to all your current and future records, including your health notes. The app asks you to confirm this scope before granting access.
A recipient cannot edit or delete your records or manage your sharing permissions. You can review and revoke a grant in People & access.
When you revoke or delete
Revoking access stops future access through the app. It cannot retrieve copies a recipient already downloaded. Deleting a record removes it from your atlas and requests deletion of its stored original file.
Website previews
Public product screenshots and the interactive preview use illustrative records. They do not show customers’ private medical information. Website photography depicts models and does not imply endorsement.
Use with your care team
MyHealthAtlas is a tool for organizing and sharing information. It does not replace professional medical interpretation, diagnosis, or treatment.
